Tamarind Indian Cuisine

The best Indian restaurant in Castle Rock, IMHO, with GF indicated on many menu items. My family has eaten there many times, both in person and carry out. The service is great, although the carry out wait times can sometimes be long on weekends. I can't speak to their measures to eliminate cross-contamination, though, but I don't have any GI issues after eating there.
