Excellent service and knowledge and attentive staff. The food was delicious. We asked a lot of questions and the servers answered patiently and double checked. We ordered the single sushi’s and salmon roll. They have gluten free soy sauce, a gluten menu and were accommodating. The spicy salmon mix and crab mix are not gluten free, wasabi not gluten free. Food tasted great and no reaction
