Staff could not 100% guarantee celiac safe due to a shared kitchen. However, they accomodated as best they could and were very aware of cross contamination and the risk. They took great care with questions and meal prep. They definitely out me at ease with the overall knowledge. The food was delicious and the options of the pasta and even a chocolate soufflé were an absolute treat.
