My daughter wanted GF pasta but they were out - instead she got chicken strips. They were pictured with fries but didn’t come with fries, which makes me think maybe the fries aren’t safe? We didn’t ask as she already got her food last. The strips were large and filling. They reminded me of the GF Dinosaur nuggets that are sold (but much larger; she thought they looked like manatees)

Amazing pizza. Some of the best gluten free we’ve had. We had Chicken Bacon Ranch and The Big Al. Service was super high quality even though we came in right before closing.
Lots of gf options on menu including wings, pasta, pizza.

Pizza, pasta, wings, and the like. The food is good and reasonably priced. They are very careful about gluten. They have gluten free pizza, pasta, and chicken wings. Excellent for casual eating in downtown Tampa.

Best GF pizza crust we have ever had. The mercy was marked and there were signs in the window advertising gf options. We had the prosciutto/arugula/fig jam which was absolutely incredible and the steak/red peppers/gorgonzola which was delicious also. Highly recommend!

I have celiac, carry epi pen, and did fine at this restaurant. 2 gf crust options plus separate gf oven which made me feel safe enough to try. Clearly marked menu and staff seemed very aware of what was safe and not safe to order. Tried two pizzas, both were great. Did not feel sick at all after. Staff was very friendly. Saw other reviews were not good, but my experience was all positive.

This is the email I just sent them.
I do not recommend this place, especially if you are celiac.
I am concerned about your GLUTEN FREE menu and how uninformed your staff is.
I was in recently and ordered gf chicken Alfredo... thankfully, so did my friend. They both arrived, and as they were being placed on the table, I asked to confirm that I was given the gf one. The person nodded as to say yes, I had been given the gf dish.
Then we both go to take a bite, and they look identical.
Now I'm being told you no longer carry gluten free pasta AND that your Alfredo sauce has "a little bit of flour in it, but not that much" as he made a 'small' motion with his fingers.
Cross contamination is parts per million, and most people can handle that unless they are celiac. You CAN NOT put flour as a thickening agent in your sauces and still call it gluten-free.
After ordering something, I could eat the other waitress, went to the neighboring table, and made laughing comments about my concern with the other guests. They all looked over at one point and continued to chuckle.
You used to be my favorite place to dine in Tampa because of the vast gf offerings. After my most recent dining experience I will not be returning out of pure concern for my health, because the staff doesn't understand what gf is and if you as owners are changing the menu in the back and not having it reflected in what your guests see they can't make informed choices... and obviously, your staff thinks making fun of someone with dietary issues is ok too.

Staff was very friendly, & food was delicious. However, from previous pictures people posted of their gluten free pizza I expected it to be made from scratch or at least not a from-frozen crust. Perhaps it home-made but it reminded me of Udi’s frozen pizza dough. Besides that their sauce is DELICIOUS. Their salads are also delicious and so are their house dressings. The kitchen was very busy and chaotic so I think the risk for cross contamination is high.

I went here and asked them to make sure my Caesar salad was gluten free meaning no croutons. They were laughing at me and saying how salad is gluten free and mocking me for asking them to make sure since I have celiac. They give me my salad and it had croutons on it, I complained and they had the nerve to argue with me about how croutons are gluten free. At that point I got a refund because I didn’t want to get sick. I’m severely allergic to gluten and the fact that they were laughing at me and mocking me for my allergies made me very upset and uncomfortable.

I’m gluten free and their gluten free pizza is super yummy. The people were very nice and told me they washed all their kitchen utensils before touching my food. Definitely would go there again!!

Great gluten-free options and the pizza was amazing. Two choices for the crust cauliflower or a traditional gluten-free crust. I’ll definitely go back when in Tampa.

We had two personal GF crust Pizzas and I had the Bar BQ chicken. It was really good! The menu says they have chicken Tenders and flat bread that are GF. Staff and owner were very nice as well! Can’t say enough about how good it was and plan to come back when we visit Tampa again!👍🏼

Love their prosciutto and fig jam pizza! I think they take proper precautions, at least I haven’t gotten sick there. Don’t bother with the gluten-free brownie though. It was dry and tasted like it had been cooked in the same pan as the pizza dough.

Went to this location because of great reviews and the menu stating that they use separate equipment, utensils, etc. That is not true. They use the same machine to flatten the dough as the regular dough and do not clean specific areas for GF food. I asked them to specifically clean an area to roll out my dough and they said they probably could do that. The pizza itself was very good. We ordered a dessert pizza, also gluten free crust, and it was delicious..until I found out that the waitress messed up and it was NOT GF crust! If you go here just make sure you review very carefully after your order is taken and when your food is brought to the table.

Great menu with lots of GF options and everything is clearly labeled. Even have apps that are GF. Waitress was knowledgeable about cross contamination and they have a dedicated kitchen space. Even have two sizes of GF crust! Pizza was very good! Didn’t get sick!
My husband was so happy to find this place after getting super sick from the hotel breakfast. What a pleasure it was to get a gf pizza that made us feel good. The gf crust they make is amazing and the staff was really helpful with our order. We even ordered another pizza “to go”, just so we could eat it for breakfast instead of the hotel food. Highly Recommend!

Great pizza! Food was delicious and had big portions.

The waitress was very knowledgeable about gluten and aware of cross-contamination. She informed me they have a separate designated kitchen space. The pizza was delicious. I had the artichoke and spinach with extra sauce. I would definitely eat there again.
Fantastic gluten free pizza! Spectacular service and nice atmosphere. Would come back next time I am in town!
Super yummy crust and pretty much all of the pizzas could be made gluten free. Really the only ones that couldn’t were the ones with sausage and meatballs. There were also appetizers that were GF :)
Ordered the GF cheese pizza w onion. Was great. No reactions.
One of my favorite pizza places! I love their variety. They can pretty much do anything gluten free, including the pesto bread which is delicious. Also love their gluten free chicken fingers and desserts! They can do the Nutella dessert pizza gf! Relaxing vibe. My favorite spot to stop in downtown Tampa.
Food was very good but made me VERY sick in addition to racist waiters/staff.
No
I get pizza here all the time and haven't gotten sick once! They have separate prep area and even carry GF beers from time to time
Yes
The pizza was delicious, both gluten free and regular. The gluten free is cooked in a seperate area, and the staff is very knowledgeable.

Great GF pizza and amazing salads too! This is the first place we've found that had small and large GF pizzas. My wife got an entree size salad and it was huge
My boyfriend and I are nut free and gluten free. They were very accommodating and my boyfriend said if all gluten free pizza tasted like that he would never eat regular pizza again. It was so delicious, we can't wait to go back!
They used to have a great GF pizza , but now it's simply a frozen dough thawed out that when served is complete garbage.
My gluten, dairy, and tomato free pizza was awesome. I told them I had allergies and they cleaned the counter before making my pizza. My husband had a regular pizza and loved it!
The "regular" pizza and the gluten-free were phenomal!
Yes
Delicious pizza! Great ingredients and the servers are knowledgeable. My son and I have eaten here twice (both Celiac) and have had no issues with the pizza.
