This is not gluten-free restaurant, but it can easily be adapted with a little help and advice from your wait-staff. It’s very good Peruvian food. My waitress was Tanya. When I was first seated, she asked if it was a preference or an allergy. I told her it was a medical diet. She then asked if cross-contamination was OK or not. I said not. And then she advised me very carefully on the menu, dish by dish, and seeing what could be adapted, and what could not. About 3/4 of the menu is adaptable. Tanya made sure there was no cross-contamination; she knew the cooking methods and double checked everything with the chefs of the evening. I had a wonderful meal and a wonderful time. I had ceviche classic, pulpo, Lomo Saltado, and a rice dish with seafood. Everything was delicious. The drinks were strong, the music was great, and it was very nice evening. Because this is not a gluten-free environment, you are very dependent on your wait staff. If you go, I urge you to ask for Tanya.
