Review of TAO Las Vegas

Anything with chicken in it will not be gluten-free or dairy-free. The chef adds a “chicken powder” to all chicken dishes that contains both gluten and dairy. Aside from that, the menu does have little crosses next to gluten free items.

My family and I decided to leave because both my mother (who has a dairy allergy) and I (gluten allergy/Celiac) wanted dishes with chicken.
