Although not a gluten free restaurant or dedicated fryer, they have been preparing gluten free meals (gf penne available for all pasta dishes) for my celiac husband and daughter for years. The staff and kitchen are very easy to communicate with and most dishes can be altered to be gluten free (try the capellini Taorminas or chicken piccata!)!
