The food was great and they had a gluten free bun (needed to microwave it to avoid cross contamination). No dedicated fryer. The girl taking my order the first time made sure the kitchen was aware and did all they could. The 2nd time I went a different girl basically tried convincing me not to eat there because of cross contamination, but there are so few options in Taos.
