food was ok, fell short on service. Got diet coke and regular coke mixed up, that was minor, I ordered sandwich with gluten free bun, served it with regular bun, not so minor.

They have options, but honestly my experience was negative.

Came on a Sunday night. Asked if soup or chips were GF (menu has corn tortillas, GF buns, and chopped salad listed as only things). Waiter didn't know, said he wasn't sure about sour cream being GF (??).

Ordered a drink, it was terrible, returned it. Service was slow. Food wasn't seasoned. Family liked their food though.

Later, when family ordered dessert, I asked for ice cream. He gave me extra ice cream "because he feels bad for people who can't eat things." That certainly made me feel weird.

Maybe try different food at a different time with a different waiter.

They have lcoations in Oswego, Des Plaines, Lemont, Palatine, Plainfield, St. Charles and Westmont IL. Great food and accommodate gluten free diners.Gf buns and delicious burgers, plus a really tasty chopped salad. Other items on gf menu are grilled salmon, steak and chicken. Live music on the weekend and outdoor seating too!

Maybe it was just my experience, but service was verrrry slow. Had a problem with croutons on my salad, but the kitchen staff remade it and there were no further issues

No GF menu, no one, not even the GM could assist with GF options or allergen friendly. Would not make any accommodations. Terrible and rude to boot!

Also, a mask worn around only your chin is not wearing a mask!

They did have a gluten free bun for burgers and sandwiches but both of our sandwiches had to have things left off which left things a little bland. Portions would have been fine if there was a gluten free appetizer or desert but we both left hungry. I’d go back if friends wanted to go but I’d choose somewhere else if it were just my husband and I. No dedicated fryer.

Wasn’t gluten free. Said they had options but our waitress kept on repeating that they aren’t a gluten free facility which made me have concerns. We decided to go elsewhere because the risk outweighs the reward!

I would not trust it! They have gluten free wraps available, but the actual filings for the wraps are not gluten free! Mushrooms are cooked in beer, etc. I made sure to ask the waitress to double check with the kitchen that my order would be prepared gluten free but I felt sick after I ate.

The waitress was very sweet and the chef took extra care with my burger. The bun was great! Unfortunately no dedicated fryer but my burger and soup were great and I’ll be going back!
