Tap Room - Hotel Bethlehem

Had lunch at the Historic Hotel in Bethlehem. The ambiance was so nice, the hotel is 100 years old and filled with elegance and charm. The lunch was delicious. The room is set off the lobby. The executive chef Rodney personally took the celiac order and delivered it. Cesar Salad (no croutons) with grilled chicken and a pulled pork sandwich on a gluten free bun. It was all delicious and safe and highly recommend. Their menu even has a gluten free margarita pizza and the chef said they always have gluten free bread, buns and wraps available.
