I had a delicious sushi dinner I have gluten intolerance and shellfish allergy. I was able to eat no issues. I almost ordered the smoke salmon in homemade pesto over rice noodles but my Atlantic Roll filled me up lol

You must call ahead & talk to Chef Chad (who is also an owner) as items on the menu are not designated gluten free. Chad will tell you what is safe to eat & he will use separate utensils & space to avoid cross contamination. I have celiac disease & have eaten here 2-3 times a month for the last couple of years. I have never gotten sick and the food is delicious! All servers may not be knowledge, but Chad knows how to prepare food safe for celiacs.
