A little language barrier with the term gluten free but host understood and pointed to the two Paella dishes that are gluten free. We ordered a meat and cheese tray without bread and crackers, was easily fine. Seafood paella with chorizo, delish! Added some Spanish wine and sat outdoors. A nice ending to our cruise weekend. No idea on how safe the cross contamination is. I’m trying to be positive and believe I’m good.
