Tacos made with corn tortillas that they make in house, and all the tacos except the fried fish are GF. They have shared prep area where they make quesadillas with flour tortillas. They cleaned the grill for me/changed gloves and I didn’t have a reaction, but I didn’t get the sense they were super well trained on cross contamination. Food was great - I plan to return but proceed with caution if you’re very sensitive!
