Taqueria El Patron

I think Noel may have been think if el ray on the same road. They do have a little flour in everything and will tell you that if you ask before you even order. I’ve eaten at el patron several times and never gotten sick not even a single cramp. Sometimes I will even pick up their home made corn tortillas to eat with my own home cooking when I’m just really craving a “real” tortilla. I wouldn’t say it’s amazing Mexican food or salad but it’s pretty damn solid if you stick with the more authentic Mexican dishes instead of the American Mexicana stuff you can order at most of the places in Augusta you will enjoy your food more.

Everything thing is made with a little bit of flour, if you have a chance I don't recommend

Best Authentic Mexican food we have found outside the Southwest. Carne Asada, refried beans and Mexican rice make my mouth water just talking about it. Homemade corn tortillas are so good!

This is one of very few places in Augusta I feel safe eating. I just get the tacos, have never had a reaction yet when eating here.
