Review of Taqueria Flavio

Wow! This was a risky restaurant to try because there was a language barrier and there was nothing about the food being gluten free. I ordered the beef cheek, pork, and chicken tacos the other night and they were delicious. I tried explaining in English that I needed everything to be gluten free; however they didn’t understand. Once I showed them my GF card in Spanish with instructions, the hostess brought it back to the chefs. She assured me everything would be okay if I stick with tacos. I decided to try their food and it was a great experience! No sign of being glutened directly or cross contamination.
