Everything is fresh and made to order which is nice. Celiacs beware everything is fried in a shared fryer even chips. A few of the sauces and marinades also contain gluten. All of their tortillas are flour which is a bummer so your only taco option is a lettuce wrap. Kinda bummed they didn’t have corn since it’s so easy to have those available for a GF option. The manager and our server Jenny were awesome! They double checked everything and we were able to eat safely. I just worry with so many things unsafe if our experience would have been different with a different server.
