I have been here twice and did not get sick either time! A lot of gluten free options and the food is fantastic! Talk to your server and explain that you have celiac disease, and they tell the chef so there is no cross contamination.

First time at Tark’s and it didn’t disappoint. So many GF options clearly marked on the menu. The waiter said he would also make a special note on my order that it was GF. I had the seafood risotto and it was amazing! The outdoor seating area is so nice. I will definitely be back.

Tarks is awesome! Really great food for foodies and many options are naturally gluten free. I’ve been here many times and never had a problem. Specify celiac and they will take care. No dedicated fryer so make sure to clarify what is fried when ordering but their menu indicates GF naturally or GFO. I wish they had gf bread or pasta but their naturally GF options are fabulous and safe so I’ll take that!

The wait staff was highly knowledgeable about their menu and cross contamination. There were several items marked gf and they also had items they could modify to make it gf. If the waitress wasn’t sure she went back to the kitchen and spoke to the chef for me. I would 100% take my daughter back I felt very safe there. It doesn’t hurt that the food is delicious too.
