Taro Hut Food Truck

The guy that was helping me had absolutely no clue what gluten was. He was able to tell me the fries and the chips were the only things in the fryer. Ended up with taro fries which were pretty good. I only wanted to try something small since I was eating next door at Ry’s Poke Shack.

Fun local culture with friendly helpful staff. Not a gluten free establishment but did a good job talking to me about what I needed to be safe.
