I had the sliders on lettuce buns and shoestring fries since they have a dedicated fryer. It was delicious and I did not get sick after. Would certainly return again. Also the ambiance inside is great, a nice little date spot.

I eat here regularly. Never had an issue. So many options to select from. Fries are amazing - dedicated fryer! Great salad, lettuce wrapped sliders and Mac and cheese! So good! Excellent service with well educated servers. Super fun cocktails, reasonably priced. I love this place!

The service and meal were very nice. Had a duo- the GF Macaroni and cheese with pepper jack and a spinach salad with squash, chèvre cheese and candied walnuts. The Mac and cheese is in a small ramekin with salad on side. The salad did not look like I expected it to (it had three rings of delicate squash and finely crushed walnuts and cheese. ) but tasted wonderful. My partner ordered the macaroni and cheese as well and they served it as a trio with addition plates. Reasonably priced and more filling than we expected.

It’s disappointing to hear a few people had negative experiences. I just recently ate at this place and had another great meal. I had the kale salad, which was delicious, and no problem with illness afterwards. The staff has always been kind, and always helpful answering questions.
Original review:
The food was delicious and I did not get sick! Can’t ask for much more than that! The menu did not have gluten free notations other than a statement that the salad dressings and fries were gluten free, and that GF pasta was available for the mac & cheese, but our server was very patient and helpful answering questions and double-checking with the kitchen. I had the Quirky Quinoa Salad, and my husband and I shared a plate of the roasted brussel sprouts (Winter Spouts). The portions were larger than I expected, and prices were reasonable. Nice atmosphere and located right in the town square. Highly recommend!

Bad food and worse service. The bartender with prison tattoos and jersey hair couldn't contain her hysteria over my dietary intolerance from the moment I asked about gluten free options. She continued to bully me throughout the entire meal, even rallying up the other bartenders into a huddle for whispering and laughing with frequent glances and gestures in our direction. Even though I had clearly indicated having a food allergy, everything came out shoved together on the same plate (i.e. salad literally wrapping around a burger with bun). The person who brought the food out had no idea if the gluten free order was actually gluten free (guess that didn't make it on to the ticket), so I just passed on eating all together. The bartender we ordered from never asked how everything was or if we needed anything, but she continued to mock me (I suppose for not eating and falling prey to her intentional poisoning?) the entire duration of our visit. I would not recommend this place for anyone with dietary intolerances. In summery, this is typical bar food, basic cocktails, and limited local wines served by uncivilized plebeians.

Despite asking about gluten free items on the menu, I got very sick at this location. Very disappointing that I verified all things with our server. I have eaten at the SLO location with no issue. Not sure I would chance this location again!

Ate here once a year ago fine. Had the GF mac and cheese and fries, discussed GF with server. Definitely wasn't celiac safe, got sick. Sad to see a place where they used to be great have such bad cc issues.

Great food! Ate here two nights. Shoestring fries in a dedicated GF fryer (my first fries in over a year). California Cowboy Cobb salad; all of their salad dressings are GF. Pesto Chicken slider on lettuce was also good the next day as a Trio was too much food for me. Wait staff understands gluten free and able to answer all questions.

Server understood Celiac and made note for the kitchen as well as confirming everything on the Quinoa Salad was gf, I added salmon which was fantastic! Lots of salads to choose from.

Got seriously glutened on something. Manager never bothered to call back after we left a message saying we got sick and wanted to talk. I can usually deal with a trace of gluten here and there but this had me worshiping the toilet. Not Good!
Went there for a late lunch. Had Italian Sprouts, Mac & Cheese (that came with a GF stick), California Cowboy Cob, Garlic Fries, and Tin City Cider.

They have a separate fryer for just the gluten free fries. They understood celiac and all the other allergies we had in our party.

Fantastic menu and options. Server was very up on Celiac and went to ask the chef when I had a few questions. I had a slider without the bun (they offered to wrap in a lettuce leaf), French Brussels sprouts and the cowboy Cobb. Yummy!
