I have not eaten here since I’ve been diagnosed with Celiac but wanted to share the info that I got from our correspondence. They responded very quickly and honestly, but unfortunately I won’t be able to tolerate the cross-contamination. I’m still giving them 5 stars for great food (from past experiences) and it would be a good place for someone who is less sensitive to CC, or who wants to order only meat (no veggies)
“We do prepare items with allergens separately from our other dishes however we do not keep separate cookware for specific items. Our kitchen team is trained in allergen awareness but for example, our cutting boards used for bread are washed and cleaned in between uses for vegetables as well - with meat and poultry having their own cutting boards.
Additionally we do try to use gluten free soy sauce in many of our marinades and preparations and currently have 3 gluten free desserts available.
Please feel free to give us a call to make a reservation and we will be sure to include a note with your booking.”
