You might think you will do ok here if you avoid the bread and ask questions, but you will absolutely get sick. When asking if a dish has wheat, the staff argued with me that all purpose flour was not wheat. You might get idli that is rice and lentil based or it might have semolina. Good luck figuring out which. The staff just wants you to buy and leave, so don't expect them to care.
