Holy smokes!!! Holy smokes!! This is the best cauliflower pizza crust I've ever had. I've been a celiac for 20 years now and it tasted so good I had to double check to make sure they had brought me the gluten-free pizza crust. It completely tastes homemade. It was fresh with a slightly chewy middle and slightly crunchy outside. Just perfection! We also enjoyed the seafood risotto which was divine. Highly highly highly recommend this place. Get the Sausalito pizza on the cauliflower crust. You won't be sorry. P.S. Their menu does not do their offerings justice. They pretty much just list one type of pizza and one type of pasta as gluten-free. But they can use that crust to make any of their pizzas. Don't be fooled by the menu.
