Amazing experience at the toll road oasis - finally a place I can eat at! No specific GF menu, but the owner who is always on site knows exactly which items are GF, and which are dairy free if needed, and also which items contain meat vs vegetarian/vegan. The only gluten on site is the pita breads, so the wraps can be ordered just plain / eat with a knife and fork. Or any of the platters - just tell him that you don’t want the pita. Everything is made fresh on-site by the owner and his staff. Pita breads I believe are delivered, because he told me that there is literally no wheat and no wheat flour on-site. I usually get a platter - which is plenty for 2 meals, and maybe an extra side of their fresh chopped cucumber/tomato salad. Never gotten sick, even though I am an extremely sensitive celiac, even to the smallest of cross contamination. Highly recommended.

Tasty and simple Middle Eastern food located in the Lake Forest Oasis. I always get the rice plate with chicken shawarma. The owners are super friendly and knowledgable of which items are gluten free/dairy free. I've eaten here a few times now and have never gotten sick. This is my new go-to spot for a quick and safe meal when traveling in that area around lunch time.
