All sauces, marinades r gluten free. I eat here once a week. Short ribs, basil fried rice, sushi all good. No dedicated but peace of mind. Make sure to tell them ur GF. And did have to be specific such as don’t add tempura flakes in gator roll. And remember most krab is not GF
