Review of Tastes From The Lowlands

Stopped by this place for breakfast (the sit down area, not the grab-and-go) and had a delicious omelette with gluten free bread. The bread is kind of weirdly shaped, like a hot dog bun, but very tasty with butter. The server knew what was gluten free on the menu and I was able to watch the chefs prepare my meal since I sat right by the counter. They often work in large batches but prepared mine by itself, which I appreciated.
