Totally gluten free vendor at the Franklin Farmers Market (celiac). Love the empanadas made out of plantain. The bakery is French style and they have these grain free pretzels are like flatbreads with different flavors. They have vegan , dairy free, Keto, Paleo, grain free, vegetarian options. Excellent food. The only downside is that it only opens on Saturdays all morning until about 1 or 2pm. Sometimes you find them at other markets. Wish they would open a brick and mortar.
