Not only did they accommodate my gluten intolerance, they also adapted the recipe for my dislikes! I had a sea bass dish crusted with pecans (originally would have been coconut, but I don't like coconut) and topped with fresh blueberries & apples. Everything was made fresh. It was the best meal we've had all week! We will definitely stop again on our next trip east.
