Traveling for work and gave this a try. I called ahead to ask about the dedicated fryer. I ordered the anchors with chicken and they were great! No reactions!

Separate GF menu with lots of options. Tomatillo Salad Mixed greens and romaine lettuce, asadero, and manchego cheese, roasted corn, tomatoes, tomatillo dressing Excellent!

This was an amazing experience. There is a separate gluten-free menu you can order off of and ask when arriving. Our waitress was knowledgeable and asked how sensitive I was and recommended I don’t get the fries due to the shared fries. Their coleslaw instead was out of this world! Their gluten-free bun on my turkey burger was genuinely the best I’ve had! I would highly recommend this place!
