Food and service was amazing! The gluten free mac and cheese is the best I’ve ever had, even pre-celiac. They offered to make my son’s gluten free chicken tenders with or without the spice which was so appreciated. They even gave us a separate little side of fries for him without the parm/cheese in case he didn’t like it. So thoughtful and above and beyond! We bought a cooler and ice afterward so we could take our leftovers with us since we weren’t heading back to our hotel for a couple hours.

The restaurant is currently closed but they have a neat outside bar and 100% gluten free food truck to order from. Fried chicken and waffles sandwiches! Very personable staff/owners and excellent drink options! Wish we were closer!

As a Celiac I’ve found such happiness finally finding a place I can go and grab a delicious gluten free breakfast!! My boyfriend is not gf and he loves the waffle breakfast sandwiches! The owners are so friendly and amazing! We love coming here on the weekend!

The staff was knowledgeable and the waffles were delicious.

The restaurant Tavern 27 is currently closed but they have their food truck Trolley 27 is open in the yard of the restaurant . The food truck is waffle truck and is 100% gluten free. They have an outside bar ( not open when we’re there) that is not 100% gluten free. I had a bacon egg and cheese waffle sandwich. It was delicious and very filling. The girl working was very friendly! We would stop here again!

I have celiac so eating on the road is a challenge. We stumbled onto this place and were blown away by how great the food is here. My brother, who does not have celiac, said it’s one of the best places he’s eaten, period. Bailey and the rest of the folks here are very knowledgeable about gluten in food.

Larger plate style tapas restaurant. Loved the steak wrapped mashed potatoes, chickpea fries, and the halibut bites. Slow service, but great food. I am super sensitive and didn’t feel any symptoms.

Delicious. First time in years I’ve had fried seafood (special, fisherman’s boat). Servers were very busy but attentive. We also had steak remoulade. Chocolate torte for dessert. Will be back again soon.

This place was amazing went in one night they couldn't seat us but we made a reservation for the following evening. Our teenage daughter has celiacs and she WAS in heaven as were we. Great fresh local foods. Make sure you call to make reservations. Owners super friendly and helpful as were all the staff

I never would have thought I would find a tapas place, a gluten free tapas place nonetheless in Laconia, NH. This place gets celiac and I felt 100% safw feeding my celiac son here! Highly recommend!

Best gluten free food I’ve ever had. Had dinner at Tavern 27 (mostly GF menu) and breakfast the next morning at Trolley 27 (100% GF food truck in the parking lot). I’ve never had so many GF reasonably priced choices! And my non-gf boyfriend loved everything too

I didn't realize the Tavern itself doesn't open until 5pm, but if you go during the day they have a food truck called Trolley 27 that does breakfast and lunch. Everything is made fresh and 100% gluten free. It doesn't look like much when you show up, but the food is great! The food truck is right next to a little outdoor seating area/bar.

I do not have enough words to explain how incredible our experience was tonight. You can order almost everything off the menu which is a very sensitive Celiac's dream come true. Our server, Phil was incredible and made our night extra special. You have to try this place for a safe and delicious option. My husband who isn't GF said this was one of the best meals he has ever had. Be sure to make a reservation as they fill up quickly.

A diamond in the rough! A celiacs dream come true! Completely over ordered because we were so incredibly excited at all the safe options! Not one dish disappointed! It was all so delicious! We came to the area for a concert and I’m honestly not sure what I am more excited about! This wonderfully, safe restaurant or the show! It is not often you find a place for celiacs to eat without worry, indulge in savory, delicious food in a beautifully quaint restaurant! We are an hour and a half away and I cannot wait to return! Bravo to the servers, chef and bartender! You’ve made this girl with celiacs beyond happy today!

The menu is almost 100% G.F and the food is delectable!! Everything is locally sourced (if possible) and made in house. Tavern 27 feels as if they invited you into their home and made you eat the most wonderful meal! I cannot rave enough about this place!! It is an absolute MUST when here!! What are you waiting for? Go try it!!!

Food was awesome! I consider myself a foodie, it was so nice to be able to order with almost no consideration for gluten, because only 2 items on the menu were NOT gluten free. The freedom to order almost any delicious thing I wanted was amazing.

We had the chickpea fries (like falafel fries, so yummy), popper combo, and a sirloin and portobello plate. The sirloin was one of the most perfectly cooked rare steaks I have ever seen (or tasted).

The service was a little slow, but we never felt forgotten about, it was a great meal to spend an evening chatting with a friend.

This was an awesome find! So many gluten free options, they have a designated fryer and everything was so good. Served tapas style so was able to taste a bunch of different things. The night we went they had a live pianist who you can text requests into. Great atmosphere and food, not to mention I felt safe even though I have celiac - and had many more options than most places. Will be back again.

Tavern 27 was a wonderful find. The owners are a very kind couple and have a very personal understanding of dietary restrictions.

After seven years of GF, I finally had crab cakes that were AMAZING. I recommend the roulade as well... heavenly. And though not GF, my kids loved the pizza.

This place was phenomenal! Very knowledgeable of gluten and celiac. I am crazy super sensitive and rarely eat out to to this. We gave it a try and so glad we did. They understand the cross contamination aspect and most of their food was gluten free. It was the first time in over 10 years I ate deep fried anything! Everything we tried tasted delicious as well! Only downfall is we live 8 hours away :-( there should be nor places like this! Highly recommended!

The food here is amazing. We ordered the chips and hummus, Brussel sprouts, maple bacon glazed chicken skewers, antipasto salad, and chickpea fries. Everything was seasoned well. The waitstaff was very helpful with our dietary restrictions. We will definitely be coming back soon

Amazing!! So easy to order with GF all over the menu. Shared tapas and skewers with 3 other people and just ordered GF. ALL fried food is GF (poppers are amazing!!) Lots of options including crab cakes and dessert. Staff very knowledgable and dietary restrictions are important to them. My mom has a nut allergy and they were very conscientious to both of us! The owner has a family member with a gluten allergy. Definitely make a reservation - they fill up quick even in off season. I am celiac and very careful with GF but not sensitive.

Amazing experience! A great place to visit with non-GF friends because almost everything is GF! It's tapas, so we ordered 5 things and they came out one at a time. Loved the garlic poppers! Staff was very welcoming and helpful! Husband and wife team with the wife cooking and the husband working the front. Call ahead during the summer season since there's only about 14 tables! Go and forget about your GF restrictions!!

This place exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was beautiful. We recieved complimentary water and gluten free chips and dip upon our arrival. Since we went at an off hour before the dinner crowd, we had even got to chose our table. Majority of the staff came all came out to check on us and talk with us at some point or another. They have the gluten free fries, which is apparently a big hit because how often do you get those on a seprate non-cross-contaminated frier!? The superfood salad I got was delicious. We also did the mashed potatoes wrapped in steak, which were pricey but phenomenal. I highly recommend those. The greatest thing was the piano and singing that began after we started our meal! And the pianist thanked us for eating there over the microphone as we were leaving!

They are trying to work on a gf pizza, but the manager said they don't have the space for a whole other area (yet) with an oven and everything. He didn't want a gf pizza that may have cross contaminating factors. It's either safe for celiacs or it's not. So that being said, there may be a certain lack beyond salads, seafoods, steak, and bizarre dishes, but I'm sure if he hears enough suggestions, perhaps he'll see to it. he made sure to grab us and talk to us before we left! Also heu have dessert options for gf that are always changing based on what is being cooked that day. i could have gotten gf tiaramassu if i wasnt so full! They also have a 3 par golf, 9 holes for $9, so I guess it's common for locals to do that or drive a bucket of balls before eating. The drinks are pricey but big, and made with all fresh fruits. My family is also seriously considering moving up here to be able to eat here, no joke. their gluten meals were good, but they actually liked my gf stuff better!

Hands down greatest gluten free food in the world! Found it while visiting for bike week and would seriously consider moving there just to eat there more often!
