Great service. Very knowledgeable staff. The chef came out to confirm that my meal was gluten free. I got the truffle fries and the chicken wings. 10/10. They have separate fryers for fries and chicken wings!

Had the bass. It was good but it was served on a heaping pile of corn. Expected more GF options at a higher end establishment.

They do have gf fries with separate fryer the waiter confirmed. It also states this on the menu. There are several gf options labelled including gf poutine! I had the braised short rib poutine and it was quite good (the fries themselves are bland frozen fries but the toppings were great). I also had the Colorado bass and it was mediocre with a ragu and vegetables side that was way too salty. I have celiac dz and was fine. I would go back for the poutine only - it's also big enough to be a meal itself.

They have a large number of items marked as gluten free. My celiac daughter got sick from the fries. We called the manager and they said that they have a separate frier but only use it if you request gluten free.
