The staff was knowledgeable about Celiac and assured me the kitchen takes extra precautions when cooking the GF food. I went for brunch and had quite a few options! I ended up getting the candied bacon and the caprese omelet. Both were fantastic and the omelet was the best omelet I’ve ever had. It so good and I can’t wait to go back and get it again! Didn’t get sick at all, so I’m 100% confident on their safety!
