They have a gluten free version of the menu (has items marked out that aren’t safe). Majority of the menu is GF/ can be made GF. You can substitute cucumber for pita bread or rice for pasta. I was a little hesitant about if it was cross contamination safe, but I didn’t get sick! I ordered the hummus sampler with cucumbers and the chicken penne but with rice. The entree was okay, not my favorite.
