The chef's mother is gluten intolerant so he is fully aware of what is and what is not gluten free and what dishes can be 100% made gluten free. He comes to the table to take your order and is completely knowledgeable about C.C The homemade mashed potatoes can be substituted for the pasta. It's a reserve ahead dinner place with a beautiful interior and great service. It's only open on Thursday, Friday, and Saturdays from 5-8, but I can't recommend their food enough!
