I ordered from Taystee’s last week and had a great experience! I spoke to an employee on the phone who was very knowledgeable about celiac disease and necessary precautions. Without me having to ask, he told me that while they use a bun toaster for their normal burger buns, they toast their gluten free buns (Udi’s) on the grill, and they’re the only bread that touches the grill. They don’t have a dedicated fryer, but I was told they’re considering it because they’ve had several people call and ask! The burger was delicious, very big and the bun was excellent (rare for a gf bun!). I really enjoyed it and felt very safe. I ordered through doordash (after talking to the employee, and I also labeled my meal as an allergy), and my meal did end up being at the bottom of the bag under non gf orders, but that’s the only issue I encountered. Definitely recommend!
