Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe

The Lemon Chicken Soup and Pimento Cheese. Both were very good but I am reacting to one of them. I also ordered a salad, but despite ordering gluten free, no pita and adding a special note that I’m celiac, the salad came with a big fat pita laid across the top so I couldn’t eat it.

If you don’t react to cross-contamination, the food is very tasty. If cross-contamination bothers you, I’d avoid this place.

I have been here several times and even to different branches! The food is always amazing, their gluten free and allergen friendly options are listed on the menu as well as on their website for a more comprehensive list!

I always get a ‘feast’ with chicken, roasted new potatoes, and I can’t have dairy so I ask for no cheese on my salad! I get the hummus dip with veggies as an appetizer some as well! I have tried several of the other meats and they are good too! If you are vegan you can get veggies as your main portion of the ‘feast’

The grilled chicken w rice and greek salad is an awesome GF choice here!

This is a great location. Food was hot and fresh and tasty. The menu says to ask about GF options and when I did my server was most helpful. Basically they leave off the pita and cheese (I’m dairy free as well) on most of their options. I’m not celiac but have EoE. I can’t comment on cross contamination but with as knowledgeable as they were, I’d say it’s a good bet they’ll be sensitive to your needs if you make it known. I would eat here again.

I either get a salad with chicken or shrimp or the plate. It’s good and comes with a good amount of food

Great! This is a fast casual style place. The items that can be made gluten free are marked on the menu, so make sure to say, "Gluten free, please!" when ordering. I got the Mediterranean salad with no pita chips and added salmon. It was really good. I'll be coming back to try the other items soon, so I'll update then! There are also vegetarian and vegan options if you're interested in that.

Taziki's is my go-to for a Mediterranean salad with grilled salmon - there is a menu option to make it GF and hold the pita. They also have GF options for veggies to go with their hummus, for example.

I go with the steak or salmon feast with no pita. The Mediterranean salad and rice are good.

The olive souffle is good, too (just a cup of olives, but they're so good!)
