My daughter is celiac and we order the French toast options for her. Our preference is the blueberry, not the vanilla bean. The blueberry is just a bit more flavorful. When ordering, you must note to the server that this needs to be gluten free, as normally the French toast is made with a gluten bread. This is clearly marked as GS on the menu, which means a gluten free substitution, not that the menu item naturally occurs gluten free. The potato side or in the skillet are no longer gluten free. The menu does not have these items listed as GF on their online menu. My daughter has never been ill after eating here, but we do state to the servers that her food must be GF, every time we come here.
