Staff was not aware of ingredients in the ice cream but suggested the vanilla bean (sweet) and Dutch Chocolate. Also I asked for a new scoop and new tub but he did a new scoop but same tubs. Since I have a wheat and not gluten allergy I went with it. I suggest calling during day time to check on which favors are gluten free. Also coming during the day instead of evening with younger workers.

Wonderful experience. They have separate tubs of ice cream in a separate allergy area, where only fresh scoopers are used. She knew immediately which two flavors were GF. They also offer vegan and keto flavors! Menu changes daily.
