The manager Greg's daughter has Celiac and he's very knowledgeable on what you can and can't have. Staff is also knowledgeable or will find out. I've eaten here at least 8 times and never had any issues

They have really good burgers with gluten free buns. They also have gluten free fries and lots of other choices. My son also has a dairy allergy as well as the gluten allergy. They make his steak without butter and he has never gotten sick after eating at this location.

The bar staff was VERY knowledgeable about celiac/ gluten free offerings. Excellent food and exceptional service!

I really enjoy the Bison filet here. The food is very good. Sides are s little limited. I am gluten free and dairy free so no Deserts for me ☹

Very knowledgable and plenty of options on the GF menu.

Dedicated GF menu, staff is knowledgable and always double checks if there is something they are not sure of. We sat close to the kitchen a few times and watched staff change gloves to handle our food.

I ordered a salad without the croutons and added grilled chicken. I haven't had a reaction. The waiter seemed knowledgeable about allergies and said that my food would be handled carefully. It did take a long time to get our food, but the salad was good.

I am gluten free and dairy free. I was able to get the bison burger on the gf bun which is also DF. We got the homemade chips for an appetizer and the fries with my meal, both made in dedicated fryer.

we visited this restaurant based on its good reviews and it’s gluten-free menu.

When we got there, we ordered from the gluten-free menu the bison nachos and two burgers. We ate the nachos, and then when the burgers came out, we realized they were not on gluten-free buns. we immediately sent them back to the kitchen and decided to go elsewhere in order to stay safe, because we did not feel like the restaurant took the gluten safety seriously.

Unfortunately, after leaving the restaurant about 30 minutes later, I started to feel glutened, I believe this was the nachos not being modified to be gluten-free, similar to the burgers. While the staff was nice enough to comp the nachos and drinks, I would not recommend.

Great place to eat. Great staff and they take celiac disease seriously. Change gloves and take special care just let staff know. I felt so comfortable eating here.
