We had a great experience, and it is beyond wonderful to have French fries at a meal!

We had a fantastic experience here. We let the waitress know as soon as she came over that our daughter has Celiac. She assured us they were very knowledgeable about Celiac and that they take it very seriously. She told us she would be letting the manager know as soon as she took our order and then he would actually stand in back and supervise the making of our daughter’s food. When the food was ready, she brought out my daughter’s plate first so I could help her put condiments on and cut her burger before any other gluten was on the table. My daughter said it was the best burger she ever had :)

GF menu. Fries dont have dedicated fryer.
GF menu. Had the hamburger. Meat freshly ground in their scratch kitchen with a choice of beef or bison. The beef was tasty but seemed a bit salty. GF bun was very disappointing, about the worse I've had. Just ate the burger. Fries were fresh cut and very good, again a little heavy on the salt. Server was GF/LF aware but service was lack lustre. Might be back to try the steaks.
Excellent gf menu. Staff and chef knowledgeable and very conscientious about cross-contamination. The hamburger bun was actually great!! Highly recommended.
They were AMAZING! When we were seated we asked for a gf menu. Our waitress made it a point to ask if we were gf for health reasons or by choice. It was nice! Usually people assume it's by choice, but she made sure to make sure everything was separated out because of my celiac disease! They were even very attentive for being so busy! Definitely will be back!

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience. Just wanted the big sky salad with salmon off the gluten free menu. Side of fries which was great so that gets 2 stars. Salad came with croutons from a different wait person who didn't care so much. Our waiter did bring me a new one but this one had cheese which is also asked about because I have a dairy allergy. At this point they're never brought husband his mustard and we had to flag down the hostess to help get a new salad. Manager comes and asks if she can use same salmon because it will take long. I'm not anaphylactic and I check it and say sure, it's not touching cheese. We'll I finally get my salad no croutons and no cheese. The salmon was half raw. I ate around the raw middle - so hungry. Manager had already Said she'd comp my salad but what a disaster. There was nothing to indicate my food was allergy friendly. Servers who brought food out had no idea. Just not many protocols in place to verify what they are serving. But I would bring my daughter for the fries if we traveled here again but my husband wasn't impressed with his burger so it wouldn't be for the food.

The waiter was very knowledgeable about cross contact and even stopped by after I had started eating to make sure everything was okay and I wasn't having any issues. Before I could even ask, she offered to have them cook my meal in a clean pan or on foil.
I can't say for sure that it was 100% safe since I'm fairly asymptomatic celiac but I felt very comfortable eating there and had a high confidence that my food was safe.

I ordered a salad without the croutons and added grilled chicken. I haven't had a reaction. The waiter seemed knowledgeable about allergies and said that my food would be handled carefully. It did take a long time to get our food, but the salad was good.
