I was informed that they use dedicated equipment but not a dedicated room. You can see the Kitchen through a door so they are made on-site. I was taken to the freezer with a whole shelf dedicated to gluten free pies. That day there was Pecan, pumpkin, apple, tehachiberry (raspberry and blackberry) and some others I forgot. There were also sugar free and gluten free options made with stevia. There may not be any available so call ahead if you can. The man there was so nice and friendly. There are gifts and charcuterie items for sale also. It's a beautiful little shop!
My son chose the Tehachiberry. It had a perfect flaky crust and was not too sugary sweet. It was delicious.
I recommend the coffee mill across the street for a cup of coffee to go with your pie! The owners are wonderful and their staff are the sweetest people.
