Review of Temakinho Roma Monti

I was a little worried about the items containing gluten-ingredients, especially in the fish marinades. So, I was pleasantly surprised when they told me that any raw tuna and salmon options on the menu could be made gluten free! We had three good rolls with no problems at all. They even brought out gluten free soy sauce!
