I am happy that the previous reviewer had a great experience in the fine dining area at Ten3. Unfortunately, my experience in casual dining was less than satisfactory. As we ordered, I informed the server that I had celiac disease and confirmed that my choices were GF. After lunch, it was obvious that I had been “glutened.” As a result, my body spent four unpleasant days ridding itself of gluten.
Trying to figure out what happened, I checked both the fine dining and casual dining menus. The wheat symbol is used on both menus. On the casual dining menu it was labeled as “GF.” The fine dining menu uses the same symbol to indicate not gluten free. I believe items on the casual dining menu marked as GF were in fact the opposite (French fries & chip trio).
It may be unfair on my part, but I was sick enough that I will not visit Ten3 again.
