Not a lot of options but they had GF buns for the burger and had a cider on the menu. My dad (celiac) did not get sick.

Very limited on options. I had the pork chili, which was good, but it has to be modified quite a bit to be safe. I think the only other option was a salad. They do offer gluten free bread, which was very good. I was fine afterwards.

I ate here twice while I was at Copper Mountain. The first time I was looking for pizza because another review, but THERE IS NO PIZZA. Not all is lost. The first time, our server was very thoughtful. Said I could have any burger with a gluten free bun. Fries were in contaminated oil and she asked if that was okay and I said no. I had a side salad without croutons. The second time I had the same order. It was delish. No regrets.

Some of the best GF pizza I have ever had.
