Ok...3rd time here and I've gotten slightly glutenated every time. I can't figure it out! It's not a severe reaction but still. All I've had are Seattle Rolls or Avocado Salmon Roll or the Miso Soup. Could it be the soy sauce? Maybe...I just can't be sure. Again, it's not a severe reaction each time, just twinges.

Clearly marked items on the menu and they make their own GF soy sauce. Lots of choices and good prices. In the past their menu wasn't clear but now it us.

This sushi place was amazing. They carry only Tamari sauce instead of typical soy. I got the rainbow roll and they were able to make me a bowl of Miso with gluten free soy sauce too. Not everything was gluten free but they did have yummy options. I am pretty sensitive and didn't seem to have a reaction.
