My family and I visit Teni whenever we are in Oakland. Most of their menu is GF, their staff is knowledgeable, and most importantly, their food is delicious. Highly recommend

Nearly the entire menu is gluten free and labeled as such. Absolutely delicious!!!

Delicious food with meat and vegetarian options. My celiac wide has eaten here with no issues. Highly recommend

Usually I wait a few days to add a review but I was just too impatient after my meal tonight. The food was absolutely delicious, and only two things on the menu aren’t gf (roti bread and one dish that has soy sauce). I felt very confident and also VERY full after scarfing down my entire plate of coconut curry. I might go out of my way to eat there again tomorrow. AMAZING!!

My daughter has Celiac Disease. We learned there was only one item on the menu with gluten- a pork dish in which soy sauce was used for the marinade. The food is wonderful; bright, fresh flavors. Not heavy. Our server was fabulous, and was not only knowledgeable about Celiac disease, but very willing to listen and advise. I cannot day enough about this restaurant. I love it as a non-Celiac.
