They do not have a gluten free menu but they do have Gluten Free Frito Pies. I had “the classic” and it was very tasty!

Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful answering questions. Seemed knowledgeable about how to prevent cross-contact, but I didn’t watch them make food so I cant be sure. No gluten-free bread available, but all meats and sides gluten-free. I had a frito pie(chili on a bed of fritos) and it was really good. Not super busy and quick service.
