GF options on the menu with dedicated fryer. Loved the duck fat fries with truffle parmesan and the Arctic ciopiono. Ask for the halibut to be made GF. That was delish and the fish was so beautifully cooked. Highly recommend and the staff was nice about any allergy or health concerns. Celiac safe.

Had halibut fish and chips. I was reassured by two staff that they were gluten free and they have a dedicated fryer.

I wasn’t sure if the server understood contamination, but since the reviews were good I figured it would be fine. It was good! GF bun on a burger and GF fries were super good

We’ve eaten here 8-10 times and I’ve always felt great the next day. Fish & Chips is a celiac’s dream. My non-celiac husband loves the food as well. There is an extensive beer menu that includes cider as well as a wine.

We were in Anchorage for a week and it was so good that we went 3 times - twice for dinner and once for lunch. The fish and chips were amazing! And so is the chowder (the menu says it’s award winning and I believe it). We were there on a Wednesday night and it was somewhat noisy. The next time we went on a Friday night and it was very noisy. Today (Wednesday) we went for lunch and it was lovely (quiet and not crowded). I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant!

Outstanding! GF Fish and chips with GF batter and GF beer.
Honestly the food here is good, but it's so busy and SO LOUD that every time I am here (4 times) I'm uncomfortable because it's so noisy, and I don't feel like I can just enjoy my meal. I have only been here in the late afternoons/early evenings. That being said, the chowder is outstanding, if you don't mind your brain exploding because it's so loud. Today, they brought crackers with my chowder, though, which gave me the worries because I expressed to them I needed celiac gluten-free.

I’ve not left any other reviews, but this was genuinely one of the best dinners I’ve ever had. Awesome spot! GF options are labeled and plentiful. And our sever asked if there were any allergies at the table.

French fries and halibut were gf by nima tester. However, burger was contaminated according to nima. Staff was great about understanding and worked with us by taking the burger off our tab. Highly recommend for fish but be cautious on rest of menu if celiac.

Stopped here for lunch after landing in Anchorage, hungry post-travel. The restaurant did not disappoint! The menu has clear markings for GF choices and the restaurant has a dedicated fryer. I enjoyed the fish chowder and the short rib poutine appetizer (which was big enough to be a lunch entree for me). Totally lovely place, knowledgeable wait staff and clear markings on menu made this a great lunch spot for us.

This place was great and they have gluten free items marked on the menu. I had a cheeseburger with truffle Parmesan fries. The fries were excellent and the burger was really goo, but the hamburger bun was the best gluten free I have had. This was really a good choice!

Many GF choices. Very friendly staff. While the fish and chips says it’s made with GF ale, they have no GF beers to buy for drinking. But that doesn’t really matter as the fish and chips are amazing. Also the pork belly appetizer is to die for with an amazing slaw. They have wine and several ciders in can.

GF Fish and chips were delicious. It was halibut and light and crispy. I had the downtown burger without the bun. It was yummy and I didn’t feel like I was missing out because of the bun. I felt spoiled being able to have fries 3 ways. Crème brûlée was good too

They have several GF items on the menu. But i also have a soy sensitivity and all their fried items are cooked in soybean oil. The waiter was super patient and immediately went to talk to the chef when I asked him. They made me a fantastic burger on gluten free bun and a side salad. So tasty!!!
Gluten free items are noted on the menu. They offer gf buns for their burgers. I ordered the beer battered Alaskan halibut. It was amazing! The waiters were very knowledgeable about gluten free items and helpful with suggestions.
