Teppanyaki & Sushi Buffet

They no longer have any signs up that say they have no gluten or anything about allergies. I asked 3 different employees and they all had no idea what gluten was, thought I was talking about eggs. There is fresh fruit, basic California rolls and some seafood that seemed okay but it really is hard to tell. Like I thought the shrimp looked great but then realized it has soy sauce in the sauce.
