Service took almost two hours total for lunch. Arrived early as to ask server gluten questions. Server had no idea what I was talking about. Took another 10 minutes for them to bring out someone in the back. And still didn’t bring out what we asked for. No gluten free or gluten friendly available. Staff has no idea about ingredients in their dishes. Family owned. There is not a dedicated fryer. They had no idea what I was asking. I even shared how they need to know when it has to do with an allergy. BUT once I did finally get my meal it was so good. And I heard their margaritas were awesome. Just DO NOT believe the server when they nod and say yes to everything you ask about. Including if there is gluten in their queso, etc. We had to go through three different people to find out if a dish had gluten/wheat that the original server said it didn’t. Don’t believe them ask again. Disclaimer I am gluten intolerant, but did not have any reaction to my dish (didn’t eat the chips either).
