I called 4 times to speak with someone regarding gluten free selections. I spoke in English the first time and the worker asked me to hold on a minute. She set the phone down and after several minutes of listening to clanging, hung up. Calls 2 and 3 were picked up, then hung up right away. A different worker answered call 4. In Spanish, I explained that I am allergic to wheat and asked if they had information on what would be safe for me to eat. She said no.
